• Focus on 100 miles from Midtown Manhattan but open to nationwide opportunities

• Include Cash Offers up to $1 million and 15-30 day close

• Mixed Use

• Student Housing

• Assisted Living

• Hospitality

Geographic Criteria

Primary Focus Area: Northern New Jersey and Upstate New York for refinance and cash flow opportunities

Secondary Focus Area: Infill Between Philadelphia and associated suburbs through to New Haven for high cash flow opportunities

Tertiary Focus Area: Nationwide so long as the property can substantiate full-time property manager (+$20 million)
